As a Talent Acquisition manager with Unnati , you will be basically responsible for sourcing and screening candidates as per the client mandates. This role would require you to spend a fair amount of your day on the phone talking to potential job seekers.
The role includes:
a. The process starts with understanding the client requirements and based on that crafting a professionally written job description
b. The next step is to create an assessment template that is used to assess candidates fitment for the role
c. Then the job is broadcasted by doing a job posting on job portals, social networking sites etc.
d. Interested candidates and respondents to job postings are contacted and interviewed to assess for their fitment for the role.
e. Candidates are sourced from jobportal databases for cold calling if needed.
f. We convince good candidates about the role and build their interest in the company and arrange for their interview with the client.
g. We send screened candidates to clients, schedule interviews, understand client feedback and modify the screening and sourcing strategy according to the feedback
h. We are also involved in salary negotiation and ensuring the selected candidate accepts the offer and joins.
Salary: INR Attractive Incentives in addition to fixed salary
