Job Description

Our client is a Christian run International School located in Saifai in UP. The school boasts of world class facilities and learned faculty. The children from Saifai had to travel 25 km to get a decent education but the founder believes that children should be able to get quality education in their neighbourhood. This passion has driven him to create a world class school to bring education to the door step of children living in the area.

As the Front Office Manager , you will be the the front face of the school and manage the operational and administrative work for the school .

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating and maintaining a warm and welcoming campus environment
  • Serve as the first point of contact for families, students, staff, and guests in person and on the telephone
  • Leading student admission and registration execution to ensure that the school begins the academic year with full classes and actively recruits to fill open seats
  • Maintaining accurate student data and information in compliance with state and school expectations
  • Coordinating or assembling a school directory and visible materials that make school easily accessible to outside community members
  • Ensuring that all fire and safety regulations and procedures are implemented, ensuring the well-being of all school staff and students
  • Monitoring the location and to ensure the campus is free of biological exposure to bacteria and communicable diseases
  • Supporting food service and transportation duty schedules and updates
  • Supporting the logistics (e.g. transportation, lodging, meals, staffing plan, etc.) of off-site field trips and all on-site special events ( Performances, Annual Day Celebrations, staff celebrations, etc.)
  • Managing new enrollment orientations
  • Overseeing truancy tracking and communication with the Founder
  • Preparing and editing written materials for internal and external distribution
  • Supporting students with basic health concerns (medications, first aid, etc.)
  • Purchasing standard needs of the teaching staff, using the school based purchasing process, placing orders, tracking deliveries, and coding and submitting purchases request forms


Salary: INR 2,00,000 - 3,75,000 P.A. Free accommodation will be provided
