They are a bunch of young & upcoming intense ideators and strategists churning out contemporary designs to build immersive experiences through physical and digital design. Their installations are a combination of clutter-free and optimally organised office workspace.

The founders are experienced Engineers, IIM alumni, and bring multiple years of knowledge and skill for company to prosper.

As the Inside Sales Executive , you will prospect for sales opportunities by being the initial interface between company and customers

What you will do:
  • Prospecting by reaching out to customers - via phone calls, emails, collaborative tools - from various source of leads: digital Marketing, event leads, database of target accounts, etc
  • Researching accounts prior to reach-out
  • Understanding customer's needs, requirements, challenges
  • Qualifying leads based on BATT (available budget, authority, timeline, right target project)
  • Qualifying for face-to-face meetings between field sales and customers
  • Routing qualified meeting/opportunity to mapped field sales for opportunity development and closure.
  • Building strong collaboration with mapped field sales, including follow-up with customers remotely, where needed. A strong and effective collaboration may require regular interlock with field sale - daily or weekly
  • Being disciplined and have proper usage of mandated tools and programs. This includes consistently log-and-record actions that enable regular tracking and producing of activity and results reports.
  • Having attendance of business cadence meetings
  • Managing or updating contacts of accounts in the assigned database tool, where necessary
