Our client is an innovative education company that has developed a comprehensive academic system. The K-10 academic system is being implemented in the chain of self-owned and partner schools across India.


The integrated academic system is designed by expert researchers working to make quality education affordable. The business has tasted success due to empowering teachers through a helper app that has detailed lesson plans, introducing children to learning by doing approach and delivering personalized learning experience to each student. Currently, our client has partnered with more than 700 schools in 14 states and is growing on a rapid scale.


The founder duo is alumni of premier institutes like IIM-Ahmedabad and Narsee Monjee College. They worked for more than 10 years in the field of education before founding the startup.

As theAVP Strategy - Investor Relations, your responsibility will be to develop a robust investor relations strategy and framework

What you will do:
  • Developing investor confidence and belief in the company’s vision and strategy for delivering shareholder value
  • Creating and managing a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties
  • Managing investor relationships
  • Providing insights on market activity and presenting them to the leadership team
  • Analyzing and presenting financial trends, competitor behavior, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the business
  • Being responsible for overseeing and managing quarterly earnings and conference calls
  • Working with legal counsel to ensure compliance on regulatory matters
  • Helping prepare the company’s Annual Report

Required Candidate profile

What you need to have:
  • 4+ years in new B2B strategy & Investor relations roles.
  • Significant experience in pan-India strategy & operation excellence and Handling successful key projects with a volume, high quality operation excellence is required
  • Excellent in skills like New sales strategy, Key account handling and building a long term relationship with the school.
  • Ready to travel across the given Territory/ zone.
