As the Business Development Manager, you will manage Banking order booking in the assigned key accounts/ territory to achieve the assigned booking target

What you will do:
  • Managing project billing target from the assigned key accounts/ territory
  • Mapping of the Key accounts about the responsible key officials and their preference of products/ vendors. Etc
  • Being updated on the basic understanding of the banking operations, RBI guidelines, Automation policy, trend, competition in the similar product/ solution
  • Keeping timely and regular update on the customer delivery requirement to the production, project management and service team to ensure minimum or no gap in meeting the customer expectation there by increasing the customer satisfaction level.
  • Regularly interacting with the key officials of the account to find scope of any additional upgrade/ modification inline with the regulations or to improve the performance of the solution.
  • Being vigilant always to generate additional revenue during the project life cycle (normally 6-8 years)
  • Collecting customer opinion and comfort of the key officials about the service/ product/ application/ software etc as the cross functional input to other teams for any improvement or strategic change.
  • Capturing activities of the known and new competition as well as their products and solutions.
  • Co-ordinating with Software/ design, service team for all escalations

Required Candidate profile

What you need to have:
  • Qualification : - Engineering Graduate/ Science Graduate, MBA preferred
  • Experience : 5-8 years relevant experience in BFSI domain being convercent with the Industry and key accounts
  • Key skills : Should have basic knowledge of the Banking operations, Automation and products used in BFSI domain. 
  • Good interpersonal skill to interact with senior officials. 
  • Good verbal and presentation skill.
