Founded in 2014, this Gurugram based employee rewards platform is led by young founders who are UCLA alumni with experience in companies like Microsoft US, Oracle, Symantec, Amazon, and Reliance. They've partnered with over 10000+ brands across dining, shopping, entertainment, wellness and many more providing exclusive employee discounts, brands like CCD, Samsung, Lifestyle, Flipkart, PVR Cinemas, Zoomcar, OYO, Lifestyle, Mother's Pride, Max Healthcare and more. As Business Development Manager , you will be prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business and meeting potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.

What you will do:

  • Cold calling as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Identifying potential clients, and the decision-makers within the client organization.
  • Researching and building relationships with new clients.
  • Setting up meetings between client decision-makers and the company's practice leaders/Principles.
  • Planning approaches and pitches. Working with the team to develop proposals that speak to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Participating in pricing the solution/service.
  • Handling objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Using a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
  • Presenting an image that mirrors that of the client
