They have international network of mentors, investors and partners as well as industry experts who provide invaluable guidance to the startups. The firm fosters the startups growth by offering various services including defining the product, developing core values and consturcting a business model.


Through seed funding program, digital marketing and fundraising the firm has been pivotal in launching several successful startups. The leadership team has several years of experience in leading business and a wide exposure to several market segments.


As FieldSales Executive , you will be responsible for customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing sales and its potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

What you will do:

  • Achieving growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales and acquisition.
  • Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Objectives setting, performance monitoring of representations.
  • Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Presenting sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Required Candidate profile

What you need to have:
  • Working Experience in Client Relationship/ Business Development/ Banking/ Loans/Insurance/ Financial products or any respective field.
  • Successful representation and consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
