Job Description

Our client is a Delhi based healthcare platform that is dedicated to Ayurveda and provides wellness solutions to its customers that is tailored and fine-tuned to their requirements. They have created a unique balance of Ayurvedic herbs and western medicine to come up with courses and medical advice which will not only rid their patients of the illness but also helps them bring the body back into balance.

Their services are available across the globe, with over 65% of their client base being from US, UK, and Canada. The company's primary focus is on Ayurveda and taking the ancient knowledge to anyone who wishes to bring back balance to their health and apply the tools in their everyday life.

As the Jr Content Manager, you will assist in creating, managing and improving content for various marketing channels. You will work on assets that create sales conversions on our online store, email marketing and social media campaigns and will communicate with members of other departments to manage and create required content.

What you will do:
  • Assisting in overseeing all marketing content to ensure sales conversions, brand consistency and a positive customer experience.
  • Writing compelling content for email campaigns, landing pages and communication with customers
  • Collaborating with marketing and design teams to plan and develop content for various purposes
  • Proofreading, editing and improving content created by other copywriters and ensure brand consistency
  • Managing content distribution to online channels and social media platforms
  • Ensuring compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection)
  • Creating webpages with drag-and-drop editors in coordination with design team
  • Using content management systems to analyze website traffic, user engagement metrics, and the performance of assets

Required Candidate profile

What you need to have:
  • BSc degree in Marketing, Journalism or relevant field
  • Hands on experience with MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent writing skills in English
  • Good organizational, self- and time-management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and follow deadlines
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Not afraid of challenges and hard work
  • Be a driven professional with demonstrable creative writing skills, a willingness to broaden their expertise, and go the extra mile.
