Our Client is a US$ 3 billion Indian multi-business conglomerate group with interests in financial services, healthcare and insurance.The group carved out a separate holding company for the it's real estate, packaging, labeling and lamination films and new ventures division.

As a Regional BD Head - AVP/ Director , you will be responsible for Lead Generation, Evaluation of lease offers, Negotiating Terms & Rentals, and deal closure.

What you will do:
  • Growing marketing channels, and interacting with them on a regular basis for market information and provide them details of Commercial space activities.
  • Developing & maintaining relationships, and network building with IPCs, brokers and corporate clients.
  • Negotiating the complex Lease terms with the clients to bring the closure in the minimum possible time.
  • Involving in preparation of commercials, Agreements, Commission Agreements, techno-commercial.
  • Trend Analysis and Market Research
  • Overlooking scan on Commercial formats, competition, existing and upcoming Commercial developments.
  • Formulating and executing corporate Commercial leasing policy/strategy.
  • Having on-going communications with existing clientele to discuss local expansion, tracking through their Lease Renewals and future plans.
  • Analyzing lease terms and financial information to determine the long term profitability of lease agreements.
  • Conducting local and sub-market analysis for existing inventory and competitive properties to ensure accurate marketing and competitive pricing with regards to market rent, rental abatement, etc.
  • Representing organisation in conventions, trade shows, etc. to meet with regional and national tenants to prospect and stay abreast of current market trends, specifically as it relates to leasing.
  • Ensuring the preservation of existing Client relationships while promoting other company services, when applicable

Required Candidate profile

What you need to have:
  • MBA (Finance) from a tier 1/2 college with graduation from a tier 1 college
  • Experience in investment side pertaining to real estate is highly preferred
  • Demonstrable experience of more than 10 years with experience in evaluating commercial real estate deals
  • Experience in Financial Analysis, Market Research and financial modeling for all Real Estate Asset classes under diverse scenarios is a great plus
  • Ability to work in a startup environment
  • Analytical thinking and presentation skills
  • Energetic and passionate professional with ability to work with a diverse stakeholder set, both internally and externally
  • Impressive and polished communication skills
