They have developed a patent-protected technology to power a global, liquid market for both wholesale and investment diamonds. They are combining their revolutionary trading technology with deep knowledge and connections within the industry, and providing a full gamut of clearing & settlement services.

The core team consists of people with varied technical backgrounds from reputed educational institutes such as the University of Virginia, UC Irvine and Indian Institute of Technology (IIT). They have a solid team, traction and paying customers.

As the Sales Development Representative , you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding daily outbound call quotas and weekly meeting quotas

What you will do:
  • Setting appointments for Outside Sales reps in the United States
  • Growing company's expanding customer list through outreach emails, calls and qualification
  • Partnering with account executive team to help generate meetings and sales pipeline
  • Creating and prioritizing target account and contact lists
  • Conducting high-level conversations with executives in prospect accounts
  • Working closely with Sales and Marketing on projects that help drive revenue growth
  • Achieving monthly quotas of demos and qualified opportunities

Required Candidate profile

What you need to have:

  • Strong desire to be in a Business Development role at a startup
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • High Energy and positive attitude
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
  • Past history of successful inside sales/appointment setting for B2B Professional Services
