Their portfolio includes over 35 spectacular teas from Indias finest gardens blended in house with inputs from various medical practitioners and ayurvedic beliefs. They are committed to providing their tea-loving consumers access to directly sourced & expertly blended varieties of estate tea.

They have operations in 4 cities, provide private label service to some of the biggest brands in India, and have launched two flagship brands of their own. In 2 years of operations, they served over 8 million cups of tea. The founder is a pioneering woman entrepreneur who has more than 15 years of rich experience across food and beverage domains.

As Social Media Marketing Executive , you will achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing road-map.

What you will do:
  • Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
  • Designing and implementing social media content and strategy to align with business goals.
  • Generating, editing, publishing and sharing engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news).
  • Marketing the products on facebook and instagram and responding to customers on various platforms.
  • Collaborating with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
  • Communicating with followers, responding to queries in a timely manner and monitoring customer reviews.
  • Suggesting and implementing new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
  • Staying up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, designing tools and applications.

Required Candidate profile

What you need to have:
  • Female candidates preffered
  • Hands on experience in content management.
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video).
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels.
  • Familiarity with web design.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical and multitasking skills.
