Our client is the Health-tech initiative of India's largest business house. Started in 2015, it empowers healthcare providers and consumers in India. All healthcare monitoring services are made available through an app that will help connect doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, laboratories and consumers, enabling preventive and predictive healthcare. It helps the care-givers to track the entire patient journey from the initial appointment and maintaining their records, generating lab test reports to providing virtual consultation and home-care solutions. It is expected that this futuristic guide will strengthen doctor-patient relationship and enhance the in-clinic experience.

As the Senior Associate - Corporate Sales , you will be responsible for onboarding new clients, running and managing the entire sales lifecycle starting from lead generation to the final sales closure.

What you will do:
  • Nourishing existing corporate relationships and strive towards best customer experience
  • Creating marketing communication and content for disseminating key messaging for the client employees
  • Innovating and introducing schemes to upsell the product offerings
  • Achieving monthly targets of app installs and retention rate
  • Providing Demo platform benefits and use cases to clients
  • Negotiating contractual terms, pricing and services with the client
  • Keeping an ear to the ground on healthcare trends and market
  • Contributing towards platform development by sharing market requirements

Required Candidate profile

What you need to have:
  • Previous relevant experience (2-3 years) within healthcare/ SaaS/ Corporate sales/ B2B sales
  • Experience in commercial discussions with customers/ negotiations
  • Track record of driving incremental revenue opportunities and closing sales
  • Be able to thrive in a complex and demanding startup environment
  • Street smart, open minded, analytical, persistent, accountable and ethical
Essential attributes:
  • MBA from tier 1 or tier 2 college with minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Prior experience of sales to corporate HR / HR- Compensation and Benefits
  • Ability to work with monthly targets
  • Good communication and man-management skills
