As the VP - Prepaid Card Program Manager, you wil be responsible to manage the Digital / Virtual Prepaid cards product line issued by the company to allow the corporate employees to access their multi wallet account for tax saving benefits and reimbursements, pay for goods and services at merchant outlets/websites, manage health and wellness expenses, Flexible Benefits, avail credit, etc.

What you will do:
  • Setting up the framework of Card Product architecture and card Management system
  • Working closely with the technology team to set up the interlinkage with the Origination system, switch, Network, Bank systems for smoother transaction flow Work
  • Setting up and managing the processes covering the entire customer lifecycle which includes Setting up processes covering Card issuance, PIN, activation, transactions, online & NFC, authorizations, Fraud & dispute management, attrition.
  • Putting in place robust process mechanisms to monitor and review end to end journey
  • Liaisoning with Operations, Fraud monitoring, technology, Service team to ensure the robust process
  • Handling accounts, distribution and usage of cards
  • Building a frictionless customer interface for complaints and requests
  • Building the Card app section for service & X-sell to drive customer experience and revenue
  • Interacting closely with the service team to understand customer pain points and building better processes and systems
  • Responsible for NPS for cards & also reducing customer complaints
  • Structuring and managing the billing, card payment collection, reconciliation of the card products
  • Closely reviewing P&L and driving key revenue & cost items to optimize the same
  • Liasing with a payment network, Card partners, vendor partners to drive business goals
  • Working with internal stakeholders Technology, Risk, Compliance Sales, Service & operations, collections, Audit to ensure the robust mechanism
  • Managing the Regulatory compliance and assessment
  • Ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines for all card-related parameters
  • Ensuring compliance with the card network
  • Analyzing the trends on prepaid cards spends, category, segment, type of transactions, etc. to increase PoS spends on the prepaid card base and also increasing the no. of transacting customer
  • Tracking the various income channels and commence drive to achieve business targets

Required Candidate profile

What you need to have:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience working in the entire lifecycle of the Card product
  • Strong domain knowledge of Prepaid card product & portfolio
  • Well versed with card product, process & Compliance details related to Prepaid card
  • Fintech Lending knowledge will be a Plus
  • Knowledge of VISA / MasterCard / RuPay / AMEX / Closed Loop products / open loop
  • Experience in payments and reconciliation
  • Worked on the PPI products in the past as a product head
  • Knowledge of industry, technology, marketing, and product trends, Acquiring Industry and latest technologies
  • Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills
  • Detailed knowledge of MS Xls, word, PowerPoint, Access, etc.
